WaterRower Connect transforms your iOS device into a comprehensive performance monitor for your WaterRower. It allows you to effortlessly track and analyze your workout data in real time while rowing. The performance metrics provided include Distance Rowed, 500m Split Time, Watts, Time, and Stroke Rate.

If you own an Apple Health enabled device, you can seamlessly connect WaterRower Connect to Apple Health. This integration enables you to effortlessly save your rowing workouts as Apple Health Workouts, ensuring all your fitness data is conveniently consolidated in one place. To establish this connection, simply navigate to the settings tab within the app and select the 'Connect to Apple Health' option.

All your valuable workout information is securely stored within the WaterRower Connect History. This feature allows you to easily access and review past workouts for insightful analysis and comparison.

Please note that WaterRower Connect is exclusively compatible with WaterRower models equipped with either the S5 Performance Monitor or the S4 Performance Monitor fitted with the Bluetooth Communication Module.
